Storage

Held in racked, tracked locations, with stock levels visible in the platform.

Order received

An order comes in from the marketplace or from your own channel.

Pick and pack

The order is assembled and packed to your specification, ready to ship.

Dispatch

Shipped to the buyer across the EU, tracked from the warehouse to the door.

Returns

Returns are received, checked, and either put back to stock or processed.

Run from inside the EU, so dispatch crosses no
borders and reaches buyers fast.
