FIC Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011:

Ingredients in descending weight order, all 14 listed allergens emphasized, a nutrition declaration, net quantity, a date of minimum durability or use-by date, a Food Business Operator name and EU address, country of origin where required, and a label in the destination country's official language.

Beauty and Wellness

Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009

A Responsible Person established in the EU and named on the label, a product safety report by a qualified assessor, notification before the product is placed on the market, ingredients in INCI order with allergen disclosure, and good manufacturing practice at the production site.

Textile Regulation (EU) No 1007/2011 and GPSR (EU) 2023/988

A fibre composition label using the official fibre names in descending percentage order, a note where non-textile parts of animal origin are present, a durable label in the destination language, and a Responsible Economic Operator established in the EU.

A fibre composition label, REACH restrictions on substances in skin-contact textiles, screening against the substances of very high concern list with notification where thresholds are exceeded, nickel-release limits on skin-contact metal parts, azo-dye restrictions, and a Responsible Economic Operator in the EU.
