Customs Clearance
Clearance,
Inside Logistics
HS classification, duty, import VAT, and DDP, handled with the freight.
From Classification To Cleared Goods
HS classification
Each product gets the correct Harmonised System code, which drives the duty rate and the controls that apply.
Duty and
import VAT
Calculated, accounted for, and reflected in your landed cost, so there is no surprise on arrival.
Broker
network
Licensed brokers file entries in the destination country. Zryya coordinates them, so you deal with one party.
Documentation
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificates of origin, and the category documents are prepared and lodged with the entry.
DDP Explained
Delivered Duty Paid means Zryya delivers to your EU address with freight, clearance, duty, and import VAT already handled. You agree one landed price up front and receive the goods cleared, with nothing further to pay at the border.
On a DDP route
You see a single delivered price. Zryya carries the border work and the duty and VAT accounting.
Where DDP does not apply
Zryya still books the freight and manages clearance, and duties are shown on a clear schedule so you can plan the landed cost.
The Border Is Where COST Certainty Is Won or Lost
A wrong HS code, unexpected duty, or missing documents turn a planned cost into a delay and a reassessment. Folding clearance into the shipment is how Zryya holds the landed price it quotes.
Customs applies to goods entering the EU. Goods already inside the EU, such as marketplace stock, move by road with no customs entry.
