How It Works

From Brief to EU Delivery

Eight defined stages, each with a deliverable and a typical duration. You sign off before the next stage begins.

A Defined Path, Start to Finish

Submit
Your Brief

Describe your product: category, target market, shelf price, volume, and certifications. Your project manager reviews it within 48 hours and confirms scope.

Duration: Typically 2 to 5 days

Supplier
Shortlist

Your project manager finds three vetted manufacturers for your brief. You receive profiles, certifications, MOQ, lead time, and a unit cost range, and choose one.

Duration: Typically 5 to 10 days

Sampling

A development sample is made to your spec and revised with your project manager. The final pre-production gold-seal sample is the benchmark. No bulk runs without your approval.

Duration: Typically 3 to 5 weeks

Contract, IP,
and Exclusivity

The program agreement is prepared: your brand ownership, formulation IP, territorial and channel exclusivity tied to a purchase commitment, NDA, and terms.

Duration: Typically 5 to 10 days

Artwork,
Labeling,
Compliance

Packaging is checked against EU rules, and Responsible Person, labeling, testing, and registrations are arranged through accredited partners. See compliance ›

Duration: Typically 1 to 2 weeks

Production

Bulk is made against the approved gold-seal sample. Your project manager monitors milestones and flags any deviation before the run completes.

Duration: Typically 4 to 8 weeks

Quality control and inspection

An independent inspector checks the goods against the approved spec before release. Anything that fails is reworked and re-inspected. Nothing ships on a fail.

Duration: Typically 3 to 7 days

Delivery
to the EU

Freight, customs, and delivery to your EU destination or a Zryya warehouse, with tracking.

Duration: Typically 1 to 4 weeks

* Total typical program: 8 to 14 weeks from approved sample to EU
delivery. Food and complex fashion programs may run to 16 weeks.
